Hello There!

We're a small business that's deeply passionate about providing top-notch accommodation and housing solutions. As the manager, I've been dedicated to this industry since January 2020, previously serving as the state manager for another company and even holding a franchise with them. While we continue to collaborate, our focus on services for participants has evolved. Whether it's a perfect house, SIL, STA, or MTA, our goal remains the same: to showcase that we can do better.

After watching the 4 corner episode on NDIS, I couldn't help but feel a mix of sadness and disappointment. I'm aware that there are many caring and ethical providers out there, but unfortunately, it's often the challenges that grab the headlines. I initially had reservations about whether running a house was the right choice, given the responsibilities and risks involved. However, I came to realize that it's all about effective risk management and a genuine care for others. This is a community service and support field, and it should be built on a foundation of ethics and empathy, where people understand their duty of care.

I have immense trust in my support team. They're a group of highly responsible individuals, many of whom have extensive experience as ex-nurses. They're not only reliable but also fully qualified. They are truly the backbone of our operation, and I couldn't be prouder of them. The positive feedback we receive from our participants is a testament to their dedication and expertise.
